      Hi Mike

Have you considered to just advertise a small workshop at your office or local cafe to just book a function room for the day then have your newsletter or monkeys fists ready to give to everyone as welcome gift I’m sure this services your clients would appreciate more as they get to see you in person and see what your company is all about. I feel just delivering or emailing lacks confidence in the fact your wanting to make a bigger impact and value for money.

        Hi Luke

With redoing your fee structure the best way i did this was i purchased an awesome little app for the mac called Office Time. https://www.officetime.net i think its only for the mac though (sorry Windows)

So basically i used this program to record every single project i did for 1 year to help me gauge both residential and commercial project as to how much i should charge on average.

I had all sorts of project from residential project with all emotions tied into it to residential where there weren’t any.

The program allows you to set you hourly rate so that you can keep right on track to see in the project is going accordingly to time and money. Not to mention it will speed up your work processes as you don’t want to make a loss.

        Hope this Helps.

I’ve had this experience before and i would recommend following the call script as although referred by a good friend of mine. The potential client went elsewhere after an initial meeting going over their project. However i found that they had taken some information they never knew and my guess ran with it elsewhere.

But if i had followed up with the call script that advice i gave them, i would have charged them the $795 Low Commitment fee as suggested by Enoch and would not have wasted time and money.

          Hope this helps!
