Hi All, David here. I am new to this forum. Please excuse me if this questions has been answered somewhere before. (I did do a quick search that revealed nothing directly)
I am currently still working on the details of my plan for 2017. Lead generation makes up a large part of this. I am a solo operator (well have some help 2 days/week) working on mostly Residential alterations and additions and New Custom Homes with some small scale commercial work thrown in for good measure.
My question is who are your best referral partners? This as I make my Dirty Thirty list, besides past clients, I have 1-2 contractors that sent me leads regularly and property buyers agent and then I am also a member of a local BNI (Bussiness Newtorking Internation) chapter. I am asking this question to gain some insight in to where to focus my efforts in building my Dirty Thirty list.
