        I had a potential client contact me yesterday regarding a multifamily project in CT. I’m not licensed in CT. If anyone is interested in this type of project – ideally teaming up on it – let me know. I think it’ll end up being a small multi-3-6 units. They are looking for small student spaces, modern/clean. I’ve halfway sold them on a feasibility study (Needs and Options Review) already.
