Hi,
I’ve scaled back to a 1-woman firm with 3 guys available for when I have “a lot of work”.
I’m trying to do things more smartly in 2019, rather than chase my tail around the office trying to keep all the plates spinning.
I’ve tried ‘reminders’ in my google calendar, post it notes all over my wall, and a simple notebook on the corner of my desk. I have yet to hit the “ah-ha! this is perfect” method.
Can anyone share what works for them?
